Raw Food-Christmas party


So, have you had enough of the conventional unhealthy food that you eat on Christmas day and Thanksgiving Day year this year? You want to be able to celebrate with style but you want a different approach in the Department of food-a healthier attitude.

You have decided to have a raw Food Christmas party for a change but are not quite sure what you can do?Perhaps you're a raw foodist or just likes the idea of eating fresh and healthy food for a change, you want to abandon overcooked stodgy food that makes you feel tired and lethargic afterwards and reach for the alcohol to melt it (well, of acid is a corrosive force!)

The raw foods today is that it need not only be lettuce and fruit. Of course, that are very healthy but temperate climate, your body will eventually require something more satisfying and complete. The answer is "raw gourmet food". There are many raw chefs and even beginners looking to create a style for prepared raw cuisine that is innovative, beautiful and delicious.Why not try the ' all you need is some basic ingredients: fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and seasonings. You can develop later with raw cacao, coconut butter, raw sugars etc.

A raw fruit pie can be made by milling 1 cup whole nuts in a nut mill or coffee grinder and then mixed with ½ Cup soft date. Press the mixture in a lined plate Athos. For the filling, mix 2 bananas with ½ Cup of blueberries and ½ cup of cashew nuts. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and mix until smooth. Pour the cream into your rind.Set in the refrigerator for up to one hour.You can also decorate the pie with fresh fruits.This is a very basic recipe but you would do well to get a raw food recipe book to master the art of creative gourmet raw food; you can also participate in a raw food class where you'll learn all the basics of raw food; it is actually quite simple once you familiarize yourself with the ingredients, you can also make your own raw chocolate!

* Pecan Nutloaf with garlic mushrooms and Pine Nut Sauce
* Honey Walnut
* Chocolate Torte with Cream
* Festive Mincemeat pies with (B) randy Sauce

Over the holidays, I will Mushroom cakes, Crispy Kale, cheesy, lin House with Seed Cheese, Scottish Shortbread and confections.
