Plan on eating Whole Food During Holidays

The Holidays are approaching, and people are planning the big feasts.  This year, make a change in your diet and eat whole food during the Holidays.  Don't stuff yourself with empty calories that are processed and may contain harmful chemicals.  Eat natural whole foods that are power-packed with nutrients.  You'll feel better and will recover from the stuffing quicker :).
