Eating Raw Food to Live healthy and Long

People always ask what they should do in order to live better, healthier lives.  This is a pretty broad question and it certainly isn't the purpose of this blog to specifically give advice that proper eating is the only way to live a healthier life.  Eating raw whole food is a "part" of a healthier lifestyle, and some will argue it is the foundation for a healthy body.  We can accept that - as proper nutrition is vital to a healthy system.

So, the fact is, whole food value is vital in the nutrient process.  Studies show that eating raw food is an excellent way to positively impact all related health issues.  In fact, most doctors, health and fitness professionals and nutritionists will advise you to eat more fresh and raw fruits and vegetables. They understand the importance to your body and health, so it will be wise to listen to them!

So why do we rely so much on pre-cooked meals?

One reason may be that we only have become habituated to eat cooked food, because that is what we eat. But just because we are doing something for a long time is no reason to call it right, nor is it any reason not to strive for something better.

Raw foods are packed full of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients the body needs.  Another important benefits from raw whole food is that it is an excellent source of fiber.  That's a necessity for a healthy and energetic body.

In many ways, raw food has remained very underrated.  Likely, because the highly-processed foods that are loaded with fats have become an easy way to fill our bodies.  But... more and more people are beginning to find the value of eating raw vegan food, and are feeling the difference in their bodies and health.
