Forecast for cranberries in everything

The holidays are knocking on our door and thinking in Peru dinners with friends and family brings seasonal flavors that linger in my memories. One was always the bandage cranberry. My mom loved it and forgot to almost every year in its focus on the main part of the meal. It was always a bit of a joke and now I remember fondly as it made me even more love cranberry. Nowadays there are so many ways that cranberry can be incorporated into holiday menu and I wanted to share some of my thoughts with you.

Cranberry Cheese

I know, everything is about cheese me (but not really!). For years, we decided to try a new cheese produced in Wisconsin. The cheese was a third generation producer in Keil, Wisconsin who did a fantastic job with fruit flavors (and other cheeses taste not).Cheese Company of Henning, with Kerry and Kay at the helm, worked with Whole Foods Market to refine the recipe and determine appropriate aging. This seasonal cheese, free of additional growth hormones, is beautiful to look at with all cranberries showing on cheese and also is yummy.I love it melted in Peru sobra sandwiches, open is the best.

Let's not forget the Wensleydale cheese with cranberries either. This cheese of England is totally different in texture and flavor of cheddar. The Wensleydale is like eating a cranberry cheesecake. try it for dessert!

Here are some other cool products that I should mention that I'm traveling via cranberry:

Cranberry Chutney

I love these chutneys and there are some large producers out there. One of my favorites is Cranberry New England. Certain large blocks of cranberries with a clean, bright flavor and Spice please. If in sandwiches or used in a sauce reduction in pork loin, these will keep everyone coming back for more.

Cranberry Hazelnut Raincoast crisps

A tasty cracker craft our Canadian neighbors. This is no ordinary cracker!Nice plump that Cranberries can taste in every bite. These are so unique and you get truly the holiday spirit. attempt to dessert with a dollop of mascarpone!

Cranberry Beer

Ah yes, there! from our friends at Sam Adams, this beer has been in production since 1990.I know there are many who don't like fruit beers, but this is different.Using wheat beer yeast during fermentation primary, this beer is distinctly cranberry in flavor and aroma. This selection is very good to have a holiday gathering to add a twist of regular offerings.Harpoon makes a big beer cranberry too!

Fresh

Let's not forget add fresh cranberries to our shopping cart. I love the recipe on our website for Cranberry sauce with Candied Ginger. Things this holiday Brie and you'll be the hero in the next holiday party! And here's a dollop of cranberry recipes, holiday breads to savor and stuffing.

How do you like your cranberries? have a unique treat cranberry? I would love to hear about it.
